Supported Variables

Once you have set you approximate location in the dashboard, we can pull data on the weather (temperature, humidity, air pressure, sunlight, rain, etc.) and air quality (PM2.5, PM10, N02, etc.) from the nearest sensor and weather station.
We can pull sleep data from Fitbit, Oura, and Garmin wearables, among others (see the section above). Typically, the data covered includes sleep duration (also decomposed into light, deep, and REM sleep), sleep efficiency (percent of time asleep), average heart rate and average heart rate variability during sleep.
Variables that can be supported here include total steps, low/medium/high activity minutes, and total calories burned. For strength workouts, we support the average heart rate, calories burned, duration, maximum heart rate and start hour.
For those that use Anki, we can pull data on the number of reviews, the percentage of correct reviews, the average answer time, and session intensity.
In the pipeline, we will add variables for chess, cycling, running, and swimming.
